The Final Nightmare revolves around John Doe, a teenager who suffers from amnesia. The guy wants to leave springwood and thus needs to find Freddie’s daughter Maggie in order to do so. Freddie in the meanwhile plans to bring forth a new Elm Street for the purpose of giving his killings a fresh start. Maggie herself finds out all about Krueger through her new dream techniques.
This unravels Krueger’s past; the stigma of being born to a 100 maniacs and ill-treating animals among other things. This makes Maggie take Freddie out of his strength zone; the dream world and blow him up through a pipe bomb.
